About the Job
Freedom Fabs is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across our fabrication and coatings services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands industrial or fabrication-based sales, and is motivated to build long-term client partnerships while contributing to a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of fabrication and coatings opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with Freedom Fabs capabilities.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry to project completion.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Estimating & Project Coordination:
  • Gather project requirements and collaborate with internal teams for accurate quotes.
  • Follow up on estimates and close opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates to customers.
Process & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records on Monday.com and Quick Books.
  • Follow company sales SOPs and workflows.
  • Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with company quality standards .
Market Development:
  • Identify new market opportunities and industries to target.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Represent Freedom Fabs at industry events, job sites, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • sales experience (industrial, fabrication, construction, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Preferred:
  • Experience in metal fabrication, coatings, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with reading drawings, specs, or job scopes.
  • Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of job costing, quoting, or project-based sales.
