Freedom Fabs is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across our fabrication and coatings services.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands industrial or fabrication-based sales, and is motivated to build long-term client partnerships while contributing to a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of fabrication and coatings opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and match them with Freedom Fabs capabilities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry to project completion.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Estimating & Project Coordination:
- Gather project requirements and collaborate with internal teams for accurate quotes.
- Follow up on estimates and close opportunities in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
- Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates to customers.
Process & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records on Monday.com and Quick Books.
- Follow company sales SOPs and workflows.
- Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with company quality standards .
Market Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and industries to target.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Represent Freedom Fabs at industry events, job sites, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- sales experience (industrial, fabrication, construction, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Preferred:
- Experience in metal fabrication, coatings, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with reading drawings, specs, or job scopes.
- Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Understanding of job costing, quoting, or project-based sales.
